Nagqu Attractions

Namtso Lake means 'the holy lake' in the Tibetan language, which covering a total area of more than 1,900 square kilometers, being the second largest salt lake in China.

As one of the five biggest pastures in China, North Tibet Grassland is a paradise for the wild animals and plants. Yaks and sheep can be seen everywhere on the vast grassland.

Lakenla Pass, with the altitude of 5190 m, is the way to pass through Nyenchen Tanglha Range and from here you can overlook Namsto.

Nagqu Frigid Grassland is in Nagqu County, it is located between Tangula Mountain and Nyaingentanglha Range.
