Chen Xianchun, vice mayor of Changsha, met in Changsha with Peter Taylor, a renowned British professor on leisure, on March 13, 2012. They exchanged views on promoting the cooperation on leisure and tourism and setting up sister-city ties between Changsha and Sheffield.
