The 5th China (Fenghuang) Miao Costume & Ornaments Festival kicked off in Fenghuang County on the evening of Dec. 1.
Thirteen Miao performing art s groups from Hunan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces showed their fine silver ornaments and colorful costumes with distinctive national and regional characteristics.
